At the Food Equity Initiative (FEI), we are dedicated to fostering social equity and food justice through agricultural and educational programs. Our goal is to empower people everywhere with the tools needed to reshape our inefficient food system, and thereby safeguard our health, communities, economies, and environment.
We believe that a crucial component to creating a more sustainable and equitable future is making urban farms an integral part of the world food system. To that end, we have pioneered the creation and implementation of the SEEDS program, a groundbreaking 5-step initiative integrating principles of equality, empathy, and diversity with practical knowledge, positively impacting preschool students.
Forging strategic partnerships with local communities, educational institutions, and government bodies to implement innovative programs, we are laying the groundwork for a more stable and secure food future one seed at a time.
